Property Owners and Agents:
If the owners and employees of MyCabinRental are unable to provide the promised level of service for any reason, including, but not limited to web page downtime, acts of God, or War neither MyCabinRental nor its employees and volunteers can be held liable for any expenses beyond the prorated fees paid by the owner or agent for the services which were not provided. MyCabinRental does not guarantee that the MyCabinRental web site will be available 100% of the time as this is controlled by our web hosting company. Neither MyCabinRental nor any of its employees or volunteers can be held liable for any issues that arise between the renter and the owner or agent. Please make sure to qualify your renter before committing to a rental agreement.
Cancellation Policy: MyCabinRental is unable to offer a refund on memberships that wish to be cancelled for any reason.
"Hold" on Your Property Listing
If you wish to make your property unavailable for rental we can temporarily inactivate the particular property listing and reactivate it at a future date. This is offered as a convenience to the owner so you do not receive any unwanted emails during periods the condo is unavailable. The original term of the listing will stay the same however if a property is inactivated. The dates in which your listing will remain active will not be lengthened and no money will be refunded.
Content of Listing
Please make sure to keep your property listings safe for all viewers. Do not use vulgarity, sexual comments, racial comments, violent comments. Property listings will be cancelled without refund if their content is deemed inappropriate. MyCabinRental reserves the right to distinguish between appropriate and inappropriate content.
Listings can only contain contact information in the designated "Property Contact" location. No contact information can be in any of the other sections of the ad.
Membership Policy
MyCabinRental reserves the right to reject or edit any property listing submitted at our sole discretion. Once material has been submitted and posted on the web site, it becomes the property of MyCabinRental and may not be copied from the MyCabinRental web site without written permission. We may also edit the ad if we find content that is not allowed on our site. An example of such content is URL's to personal websites. NO URL's are currently allowed.
Email Inquiries
Rental inquires are delivered using Internet email and should not be considered private. Unfortunately MyCabinRental has minimal control over the e-mail delivery cannot guarantee all emails will be delivered. MyCabinRental cannot be held responsible for undelivered inquiries or for missed income as a result of undelivered inquiries or un-timely inquiries.
MyCabinRental tries to reduce the volume of SPAM delivered via our inquiry form. Inquiries may be monitored by MyCabinRental.com and possibly read by the staff to ensure that sources of SPAM are recognized.
Internet Browser Compatibility
Unfortunately there may be some internet browser and operating systems that do not display our website correctly or allow full functionality. Users/Owners may experience issues such as not seeing properties displayed on the page. In addition owners may not be able to submit new properties because of these conflicts. As much as we would like our website
to function with all operating systems and internet browsers we are unable to accommodate all browsers and operating systems at this time. MyCabinRental.com is not responsible for any issues users/owners experience that involve internet browsers or operating systems.
Hits and Rankings for search engines
We guarantee that over a year you will make up the money you spend for that year advertising on our site. We however cannot guarantee that our rankings on the major search engines and thus your hits and inquiries will remain constant for the year. You may see 50 inquiries over the course of a 3-month period and then see very few the next 3 months. We recommend joining several rental sites so you can make sure to capture more of the market during the times your property may not be receiving your desired number of inquiries from our site.
Expiration Date
Upon renewal or payment, if you are an existing customer your property's expiration date will be extended from your original expiration date. This means that if you pay for instance 1 month after your trial (if participating in free trial) is complete your expiration date will be updated to be 12 months from when your trial was complete rather than from the time you pay. If you do not receive any rentals and request your money back you nor your property will be eligible to list on our site again for two years.
MyCabinRental.com reserves the right to accept or reject ads at our discretion, thus the approval process. We may reject ads for instance if a single ad contains references to multiple properties.
Renters and Perspective Renters:
You are responsible for verifying all claims and statements made by the owners and agents listing properties on MyCabinRental.com. You assume all liability for use of any information you find on MyCabinRental. The employees of MyCabinRental assume no responsibility and can in no way guarantee or validate the legitimacy of the information contained in any of the pages published on MyCabinRental . Please make sure to contact the owner or agent and do your own "homework" before sending any money. Once again we at MyCabinRental will not be responsible for any false information posted on the website.
Deposit Policy and Renter Cancellation Advice:
Please be aware the property owners and agents generally have their own deposit and cancellation policies. MyCabinRental recommends renters request this policy in writing to avoid any mis-communication if you must cancel your rental. MyCabinRental is not responsible for the refund of rental fees or deposits for any reason.
