It will sleep 8. They are not connected. You enter each from outside, but they can be rented together. Main has full covered porch, jacuzzi, fireplace, rocking chairs, outside table, chairs, swing and georgeous view. Lower has deck with table, chairs, swing, jacuzzi, and the same georgeous view. Banner Elk is a year round resort, with tennis, golf, hiking, snow tubing and skiing, great(cool) summer weather, trout fishing, shopping and much more.
